Reserving Space for Non-academic Events

Meetings, conferences and other non-academic events can be held in the first-floor classrooms and Peter Wallenberg Learning Theater on a space-available basis. Non-academic events may be subject to use fees to cover security, technicians, janitorial services, setup and takedown.

For reservations, please fill out a one-page Application for Space at Wallenberg Hall (pdf) and fax to (650) 725-0192.
